Bloomington, MN (USA), June 11th, 2008 — Xerxes Computer Corporation (XCC) and Transaction Data
Systems, Inc. (TDSI) announced earlier this year that the companies joined together in a strategic initiative
aimed at providing their customers with a single, mammoth source for used hardware, parts, board-level
repair, and a wide variety of maintenance and support services. Today they announce a new company
name – TDX Tech. Consolidating all operations under a new company name is designed to simplify
customer access to TDX Tech’s vast breadth of services.
David A. Duhaime, CEO of TDX Tech commented, “
Having completed the merging of resources and
integration of our teams, we are in a position to offer our customers an incredibly broad range of products
and services from a single vendor – saving them both time and money. TDX Tech has experienced over
60% growth since the consolidation of TDSI’s resources with XCC earlier this year, so we know that we are
providing solutions that meet the needs of our customers. We are capitalizing on more than 27 years in
business to create a customer experience that is quick, efficient, low-cost, and reliable.”
The new name is derived by combining the initials from Xerxes and Transaction Data – symbolizing the
combined resources and talent of both organizations.”
Future steps to launch the new brand will include a new logo and corporate web site (
www.tdXtech.com),
which will be progressively rolled out through 2008.
